Your copyright infringement claim must include the following elements:
Provide evidence that the authorized person acts on behalf of the owner of the exclusive rights suspected of infringement.
Provide enough contact information so that we can contact you. You must also include a valid email address.
A statement that the complainant sincerely believes that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that in the case of perjury, the complaining party has the right to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive rights.
It must be signed by the authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive rights.
