01. Hypertension Causes

When the body is dehydrated or there is a drought, 66 percent of the water in the cells is absorbed into the circulatory system. Extracellular water is absorbed into the blood circulation system at a rate of 26%, whereas blood water is absorbed at a rate of 8%.

Drinking more water is beneficial to one's health. Drinking water for hypertensive patients should be scientific and healthy in order to properly manage blood pressure.


03. The basic principles and negative effects of commonly used antihypertensive medications


The goal of antihypertensive medications is not so much to "cure" as it is to "manage" blood pressure.


Hypertension is a difficult chronic illness. The current mainstream antihypertensive medicines can only manage blood pressure in the great majority of hypertensive patients, but it is nearly difficult to cure it.
